We are planting a community garden! are planting a community garden!
A team of students, parents, teachers and community members are planting a community garden at Huronia Centennial. It is the team's hope to plant, take care of, harvest and preserve a number of vegetables over the next few months. The team is currently in need of newspapers to place on the ground before the topsoil is added. This should aid in weed control. If you have newspaper at home or know of some availability please drop it off at Huronia Centennial as soon as possible. The team would really appreciate it!
